We provide fresh robes, towels, sandals and essential amenities for each spa client. Our guests enjoy privacy and quiet during their treatments by following these principles of spa courtesy:

• Cellular phones and pagers must be turned off in the spa.
• Children (15 years & under) are not permitted in the spa.
• Quiet must be maintained at all times when traveling the hallways & bath areas to avoid disturbing other guests.
• We recommend that you do not bring jewelry and valuables to the spa. We regret we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles.

We invite you to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled nail or spa appointment time to change, relax and enjoy a beverage. If you are late, as a courtesy to the next guest, your treatment will end on time regardless of when you begin. A 72 hour cancellation notice for all services/packages is required to ensure the ability to reschedule the service(s) and to avoid being billed the full amount for less than complete services. No-shows will be charged in full and result in revocation of future exclusive spa service privileges.
